Ohh Deer

For my Ohh Deer greeting cards, I created a series featuring pastel-coloured, awkward blob characters paired with dry, quirky messages. The blobs are intentionally imperfect, with a dry brush texture to give them a playful, handmade feel. I chose pastel tones to balance the awkwardness of the blobs with a soothing, approachable vibe. The dry messages are simple and relatable, capturing the humour in awkward, everyday moments. Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I refined the textures and shapes to maintain a fluid, organic feel while ensuring consistency. I’m happy with how the designs reflect Ohh Deer’s quirky style, and I believe they’ll resonate with the target audience and client, offering a lighthearted, relatable humour.
